Cancellation calls may be left on the voice mail any day or time. To cancel, call at least 2 hours before beginning of pickup time range to avoid a no show fee charge.
Passengers are allowed four (4) packages the size of paper grocery bags with two on the seat beside them and two on the floor. Additional packages will be allowed, as space permits, with a charge of $0.50 per extra bag. Passengers will be responsible for loading and unloading their own packages.
Call during regular business hours to reserve a seat for your desired trip. Trips are scheduled by calling the office to give name, address, phone number and other basic information to register you as a rider in our computerized dispatch system. Trips are scheduled for round trips while you are on the phone with a dispatcher.
You may schedule more than one trip and it may be a reoccurring trip for regular daily or weekly trips. Then you only need to call to cancel if you are not riding.
Limited trips are scheduled for cats and dogs in carrying cases only and handled only by the passenger without driver assistance. Service animals are allowed, but please notify dispatch when scheduling your trip.
